David Robison Collection

Late 19th century photographs copied from the collection of David Robison. The photographs are principally of members of the family of Marshall Robison and Mary Herbert. David commented that “they were likely the collection of my grandmother, Frances (Miller) Robison. Most, I do not ever remember seeing when I was a child, except the photographs of my grandfather’s family as youngsters (mostly) and the photo of Mary Herbert Robison which always hung on the living room wall. My mother was the guardian of family relics and she took this collection with her when she moved into the Smith Complex in Harvey. I found them when I was closing out her apartment there. There were a lot more and what little identification I have put together has been with the help of my very few relatives remaining from those generations and a couple of interested cousins.”
