Seventh Day Adventist Church

Seventh Day Adventist Church located on Route 3, Harvey. Date unknown.

The Adventist faith in the Harvey area began in 1911 through an evangelistic effort by Elder J. A. Strickland. At first, services of worship were conducted alternately in the homes of the members. When Magundy School House was built about 1940, church meetings were held in the Lake George area. In 1951 the present church was built in Harvey along Route 3.
