Located in the village, this memorial was erected by the Harvey community to honor those who lost their lives in World War I. In 2006, an entry for World War II was added. The project was funded by the Village Council and Harvey Community Days, and constructed by Lloyd Embleton and Herb Swan. The memorial was dedicated in November 1989.
