The Pentecostal Church Camp, established in the early 1950s, became a significant gathering place for the faith community in the area. The camp’s tabernacle, constructed around 1952, originally accommodated approximately 800 people. A later expansion increased its capacity to around 1,500, enabling it to host large religious meetings, which began in 1953. Around 1980, the property was sold, and all but one of the buildings were removed.
