The Harvey Fire Watch was established in 1944 out of the wartime Air Raid Organization. Over the next few decades it evolved into today’s Harvey Volunteer Fire Department.
1940s. The Harvey Fire Department’s Fire Truck used to be stored in a small building attached to the side of T.K. Craig’s garage.
