Harvey Lakes

Harvey Lake was originally named Bear Lake and Second Harvey Lake, Cranberry Lake, by surveyors in 1797. Their names evolved to Cranberry Lake and Little Cranberry Lake, before becoming known as the Harvey Lakes. Second Harvey Lake is also known as Mud Lake by local residents, not to be confused with the Mud Lake located next to Clear Lake.
