The Upper Village Mall, developed by Richard Moffitt, first opened in November 1995 sporting a variety of shops and restaurants. More recently, Katherine Henry, owner of Henry Holdings, Ltd., took over the property and has conducted extensive renovations. The Mall includes a number of businesses and hosts a Provincial Visitor Centre in the summer collocated with the Harvey Regional Heritage & Historical Association. It is located at 2306 Route 3, Harvey, NB.
